For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, not the e-mail address (where possible).

This means information that you send to us via emails, survey information and/or site registrations, filling out address information on site pages, or information which you otherwise voluntarily send to us. How We Use the Information

If you are concerned about how your information is used, please check back at our Web site periodically.

Your failure to request deletion of your personal information within twenty (20) days following posting of the changes, or within five (5) days from your use of the Service following posting of such changes, whichever occurs first, constitutes your agreement that the amended Policy will apply to all such personal information collected, regardless of when collected.

You may notify us that you do not wish your information to be used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the address below. Upon receipt of the request we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your information as soon as practicable from our servers.

Upon request we will provide you with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about you.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Additionally, we request that all users who register verify their age during the registration process. Registration is limited to individuals who are 18 years old or older.

Disclosure and Visitor Choice

We do not disclose your personal data to other organizations except as provided in this policy. However, if at some point TMN sells all or a portion of its assets, or merges with another entity, TMN's database of the information it has collected is an asset that may be transferred or acquired by a third party. After such a transaction, the third party that becomes the custodian of the personal information would have the right to continue using the personal information as set forth in this policy.

Additionally, we may provide your personal information in the following situations:

as required for us to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or to enforce our rights, or defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law;

as we believe may be required under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of other visitors or the public;

Confidentiality/Security

We have implemented security measures intended to protect against the loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Those measures include security policies, rules and technical measures.

We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us registration information.

The Map Network has policies applicable to all of our employees who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data under which they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Access to Data

You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you by sending an email to privacy@mapnetwork.com. We will send you a readable copy of the data we keep about you within approximately one week of receipt of your inquiry, pending verification of proof of your identity.

We allow you to correct the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may request to have the data erased, rectified, or amended. Any such request may take a number of days to process.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal.
